Virtual Looms

The Native Americans brought and created the idea of a bead loom to America. They had a mathematical connection, geometry because we used a Grid to make a virtual bead loom. It is used as an organizing principle for religion, society, and native technology.

In this unit Virtual Looms, I've leraned about the Indians mking beads into pictures and it was really amazing. We went on a site wehre you can make a bead picture or virtual loom and we had to input some numbers like graphing cordinates on a graph to place beads on the picture. It was really hard but it came out to be easy at the end. It also told us inoformation about the indinas creating these looms and their whole culture with it and we got to experiece some of their culture with them.
